All items sold F.O.B. Aqua Dulce, CA. Shipment via U.S. Mail, UPS ground, next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day select. Terms are Net 30 Days with hard copy of purchase order. California residences add local sales tax. If tax exempt please include proper tax exemption card to be placed on file, otherwise state tax will be applied. New customers without hard copy of purchase order will be shipped C.O.D. or prepaid until credit is established. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Personal or business checks are subject to approval prior to shipping. Out of country checks must be drawn on U. S. Bank and payable in U.S. Dollars.

There will be an additional charge for wire transfers. Products damaged during shipping are subject to immediate notification of Carrier and Telinject U.S.A., Inc. (see also Warranties). A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned. For international shipments, customer must contact their government agencies, i.e. customs, in regards to importation requirements of this type of equipment.
